Refund & Return Policy
Rizz Mugs are made on-demand, and each item is custom-printed when you order. Because of this, all sales are final.
We accept returns or replacements only for the following issues:
• Damaged items
• Misprints
• Wrong item received
• Items lost in transit
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rizzmugs. Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.
We do not accept returns or replacements for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect size or color ordered
• Normal wear and tear
Rizz Mugs reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these conditions.
