Refund & Return Policy

All Rizz Mugs products are made on-demand and custom-printed for each order. Because each item is unique, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will provide a replacement for the following issues:

• Damaged items
• Misprints
• Wrong item received
• Items lost in transit

Return Window
Issue claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, please email support@rizzmugs.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect size or color ordered
• Normal wear and tear

Rizz Mugs reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these conditions.
